Our goal is zero harm: no injuries, no occupational illness, no environmental incidents and no security breaches.
We conduct all trading, construction, supply and installation activities in a way that protects our employees, contractors, clients and the public, safeguards the environment, and secures our people, assets and information. HSSE performance carries the same weight as quality, cost and delivery.
Our HSSE management system is aligned with the principles of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and this policy is reviewed at least annually.
Our commitments
- Comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws, including EPA, building, road safety and labour requirements
- Meet client HSSE requirements and relevant international standards on every contract
- Identify hazards, assess risks and put controls in place before any work begins
- Provide suitable, certified PPE and ensure it is worn and maintained correctly
- Give every person the authority and duty to stop unsafe work
- Prevent pollution, minimise waste and handle chemicals, oils and spills responsibly

Plan work safely, confirm permits and controls are in place, and hold toolbox talks before each task.
